When you request a quote, contact us, or otherwise get in touch through this website, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

• Your property type and the property’s address
• Details about the service you’re enquiring about (installation, service, repair or similar)

When you send the quote form, our spam-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to check the enquiry comes from a person rather than an automated bot.

If you start the quote form and leave before sending it, your answers are saved in your own browser, not on our systems, so you can pick up where you left off. They are cleared once the form is sent, or you can clear them through your browser settings.

We don’t operate an online store on this website, so we don’t collect or process payment card details here.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and follow up to confirm details
