Split, multi split or ducted: which is right for me?
A split system suits a single room and is the most affordable entry point: one indoor unit, one outdoor unit, installed in around half a day.
Multi split is the middle ground: one outdoor unit runs several indoor heads, useful when you want more than one room covered but can't run ductwork.
Ducted is the most comprehensive option, a single zoned system, concealed in the roof or floor, built for whole-of-home comfort. It's also the largest job, typically 2–3 days.

Do you take on commercial jobs, or just residential?
Both. We install, service and repair systems for homes and apartments as well as offices, hospitals, hotels, factories and aged care facilities.
